Shipping
We always try our best to send out our personalised items as quickly as possible. As all items are handmade individually to best quality, please kindly allow 10-14 working days to process and ship out your orders.
Hong kong and Macau
We ship out all our orders by SF express pay upon receipt, Any purchase over HKD$1000 would enjoys FREE shipping. If it is a gift and order does not meet the minimum for free shipping a flat rate of $30 could be pay at check out.
International
We ship everywhere around the world please contact us for shipping fee for your desire location.
Return Policy
We stand by the quality of our products and we want to make sure our customers have a 100% satisfied shopping experience with us. As most of our products are personalised and handcrafted individually in our local workshop in Hong Kong, we only accept returns when products are damaged or defected upon receipt. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and ship the item back within 14 days. Unfortunately we do not accept returns when personalised items were made incorrect due to wrong information given, please kindly double check prior placing our order. Feel free to contact us for support if you have any question when ordering.
Please note that customers are responsible of the return shipment fee and it is non-refundable. We also recommend using a secure trackable mail service as we cannot be held responsible for items getting lost or damaged during return shipment.
